These terms govern your use of royalghana.gold, operated by Royal Ghana Gold Ltd (“RGG”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Website use
1. Permitted Use
You may use this website to learn about RGG, our gold refining services and products, and to submit legitimate business enquiries.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person or submit false or misleading information. Anyone submitting an enquiry on behalf of an organisation must be authorised to do so.
2. Website Information
Website content is provided for general information. We aim to keep it accurate and current but do not guarantee that all information is complete or free from errors.
Descriptions of capacity, processing times, purity, products and pricing are indicative unless expressly confirmed in a binding agreement. Website content does not constitute investment, legal or tax advice.

3. Enquiries and Agreements
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige RGG to accept gold, provide services or enter into a transaction.
Refining, assaying, melting, casting and any precious-metal transactions are subject to onboarding, compliance approval and a separate written agreement. That agreement governs fees, assay results, metal accounting, delivery, payment and other commercial terms. If it conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement takes priority for the relevant services.
Do not send or deliver precious metals without prior written acceptance and agreed delivery arrangements.
4. Responsible Sourcing and Compliance
Prospective customers and suppliers must provide accurate information and supporting documents concerning identity, beneficial ownership, authority to transact and the lawful origin of precious metals.
RGG may decline or suspend onboarding or services where required information is missing, cannot be verified, or raises legal or responsible-sourcing concerns, subject to applicable law and any existing agreement.
References to LBMA standards or accreditation plans do not, by themselves, mean that RGG or a particular product holds LBMA accreditation.
Content and privacy
5. Intellectual Property
Website text, images, designs, logos and other materials belong to RGG or their respective owners. You may view and download materials for personal or internal business reference. Republishing, modifying or commercially exploiting them requires permission, except where permitted by law.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy. Please use approved secure channels, rather than general enquiry forms, to send identification documents or sensitive financial information.
7. Third-Party Links
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. RGG does not control their content or
services, and a link does not imply endorsement.
Responsibility
8. Availability and Liability
We may update, suspend or restrict website access for maintenance, security or other reasonable operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the extent permitted by law, RGG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for contracted services is governed by the relevant agreement.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version with a revised date. Changes apply to future website use and do not alter existing service agreements.
These terms are governed by Ghanaian law. Subject to mandatory legal rights, disputes concerning website use fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
